Here’s what you’ll get in the Spring 2026 Session:
Progressive Live Online Classes → Strength, Mobility, Cardio, Breathwork, Pelvic Floor and Yoga Fusion classes designed to challenge and support your body. These classes are done live on Zoom. Plus you’ll have access to the Workout Vault for hundreds of on-demand classes.
Kickoff Group Coaching Zoom Call on Tuesday April 14th @ 5:30pm (will be recorded)

→ To create your own action plan to move towards summer goals
→ To build excitement, and connect with each other
Expert Seminars → We will have a guest speaker sharing fresh, relevant insights for women in midlife.

Community Connection → The Fit & Fab Sisterhood Facebook Group is free for everyone and includes workouts, recipes & weekly challenges
