Progressive Live Online Classes → Strength, Mobility, Cardio, Breathwork, Pelvic Floor and Yoga Fusion to challenge and support your body. These classes are done live on Zoom. Plus you’ll have access to the Workout Vault for on-demand classes.
Kickoff Zoom Call → We’ll set you up for success by aligning goals and setting intentions with our mini workshop.
Expert Seminars → We will have 2 guest speakers sharing fresh, relevant insights for women in midlife.
Client Spotlight → We will celebrate wins and inspire each other each month.
Community Connection → Monthly hike nights and our Fit & Fab Sisterhood Facebook Group which includes workouts, recipes & weekly challenges (open to all)
Collective Events → Social fitness is as important as physical fitness. We will plan several local, in-person events that are exclusive to our Collective
